He is  in charge of producing the America's Best Colleges, the America's Best Graduate Schools and America's Best High Schools rankings all of which are published annually by U.S. News & World Report.  He takes the lead role in survey design, ranking methodology changes and higher education research as well as monitoring data collection.

Marko Marhl [University of Maribor]

He is Head of the Continuing Education Centre at the Faculty of Education of the University of Maribor. For a short period (2006-2007), he was Vice Dean for Scientific Research and Postgraduate Studies at the Faculty of Education of the University of Maribor.

In 2007, he was appointed Vice Rector for International Affairs at the University of Maribor for a period of four years.

In terms of research, he is engaged in the general analysis of dynamical systems. Biophysical systems from the field of cellular signalling are still the basis on which the local stability analysis of attractors and the influence of external signals on the system are being studied.

Ferdinand Devinsky, President, Slovak Academic Ranking and Rating Agency (ARRA), Slovak Republic, Prof. Ferdinand Devinsky is a member of the governing board of the Slovak Academic Ranking and Rating Agency (ARRA). He is a member of the Slovak Parliament and Chairman of the parliamentary committee on Education, Youth, Science and Sports.  Prior to being elected to the parliament Prof. Devinsky was a rector of the Comenius University in Bratislava and a member of the European University Association (EUA). Prof. Devinsky’s academic field is research on bioactive compounds and development of new drugs. He is a member of several scientific societies, an author of over 150 research papers, and he holds 92 patents.

Paul Serban Agachi, President of the Academic Council, vice-rector of the Babes-Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, professor of Process Control at the Department of Chemical Engineering of the same university, and member of the Academy of Technical Sciences of Romania. 

Sholpan M. Kalanova, President of Independent Kazakhstan Quality Assurance Agency in Education (IQAA.KZ). She obtained Diploma of Engineer from the Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute in Shymken and Doctoral degree from the Institute of Organic Catalysis and Electrochemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR as well as title of the Doctor of pedagogical sciences from the Moscow State Pedagogical University.  In 2001 she was awarded a title of “Professor” by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She has been a Vice-rector of two public universities. Professor Kalanova was in charge of the team which produced in 2007 the first ranking of higher education institutions in Kazakhstan.
