General Message to Authors of Papers NOT included in the current version of the Programme:
The programme of IREG-4 Conference has been established as a result of consultations between the members of the Executive Committee of IREG/International Observatory on Academic Ranking and Excellence. The main consideration in selecting papers and speakers was relevance to a main topic of the particular session. No less important that some time would be reserved for questions and discussion. At this stage what the organizers can offer to authors of papers not included in the programme is that such papers will be made available to participants of the conference and that abstracts of such papers are going to be presented on the website of the conference. Some of these papers might also be taken into consideration for publication in the volume reflecting the papers and discussions of IREG-4.
